How it works
Choose the situation that fits you to see how the process goes.
Sample partYou have a physical part that needs to be reproduced or remade.
Assessing the part
Once we receive your part, we'll inspect it and work out the price, the right material and any other details. We'll tell you what's possible.
Scanning (if needed)
If scanning is the most accurate way to reproduce the part, we'll scan it to get a precise digital model.
Reverse engineering
In CAD we'll make the changes needed, from a mirror-image version of the part (e.g. right to left) to restoring a broken part to its original shape.
Production and delivery
After sharing the model with you and getting your approval, we'll start production. Once the part is made, we'll send you photos and deliver it safely.
3D file readyYou have an STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP file ready to print.
File check
We'll review your file and check whether it can be printed without further changes.
Print preparation
If needed, we'll adapt the model to the printing technology by fixing the geometry or adding supports.
Material and quote
We'll recommend the best material for your part and give you the price and lead time.
Production and delivery
Once you approve the quote, we'll print the part and deliver it to you safely.
Printing from a photoNo file and no part, just a picture of what you need.
Reviewing photos and dimensions
Send us a photo and any dimensions you know. The more information you give us, the more accurately we can model the part.
Creating the 3D model
From the photo and your description, we'll create a digital model that matches the original as closely as possible.
Review and revisions
We'll send you the model to review. Before printing, you can ask for changes or approve it.
Production and delivery
Once you approve the model, we'll print the part and deliver it to you safely.
Just an ideaNo file and no physical sample, so we start from scratch.
Discussing the idea
Tell us what you need and what the part is for, and we'll help define how it should look and work.
Creating the 3D model from scratch
We'll create a digital model from your description, taking into account its function, dimensions and what can be printed.
Review and refinement
We'll show you a first version of the model and refine it together until it meets your expectations.
Production and delivery
Once you approve the final model, we'll print the part and deliver it to you safely.

FAQ
Can't find an answer? Write to us using the enquiry form.
How large can the parts be?
We can print parts up to 700 mm long, and in some cases larger, depending on the shape. Bigger items can be made from several sections joined together (welded or bonded), reaching 1–2 metres or more.
What files can I send?
STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP. If you only have a sketch, photos or a physical part, that's fine too – we'll prepare the model ourselves.
How is the price worked out?
The price depends on the part's size, material, quantity and finishing. Once we have your file or description, we'll send you a specific quote.
How soon will I get a reply and my parts?
We state the lead time in our quote – it depends on the scope and the material. If it's urgent, say so in your enquiry.
How can I get parts to you?
You can bring parts to our address in Kaunas – R. Kalantos g. 125A – or send them via a parcel locker. For more details, contact us by email or phone, or fill in the enquiry form.
