3D scanning

We turn a physical object into an accurate digital model – from small parts to whole cars.

When scanning makes sense

  • Complex shapes

When a part has a non-standard shape or needs high accuracy.

  • 1:1 reproduction

We create an exact digital copy of the part, ready to make a new one from.

  • Mirror-image copy

Only have the left-hand part? We'll make the right-hand one from it.

  • The fitting spot

We scan the cavity or spot where a part needs to fit and tailor it to your needs.

How scanning works

We scan everything from small parts to whole cars. Larger objects are scanned on site.

  1. Receiving the part or visiting on site

We need the part in person, or we come to where it is and scan it there.

  2. Digital copy

Scanning gives us an accurate digital copy of the part, which we then take into the next steps.

Please note: scanning produces STL, OBJ or PLY files. If you need engineering formats such as STEP, DXF or IGES for CNC milling, casting or other industrial manufacturing, or the part needs substantial changes, it will also need modelling (in other words, reverse engineering).

FAQ

Can't find an answer? Write to us using the enquiry form.

Can you restore a broken or damaged part?

Yes, in most cases we can restore broken or damaged parts using 3D scanning and modelling. If you have at least part of the broken piece, we'll scan it and recreate a complete, intact version.

Can you make a part I don't have?

Yes! If you have an idea, we can make it real even without a physical sample. If you know where the part needs to be fitted, we can scan that spot and design a part that fits it perfectly.

How can I get parts to you?

You can bring parts to our address in Kaunas – R. Kalantos g. 125A – or send them via a parcel locker. For more details, contact us by email or phone, or fill in the enquiry form.

Do you guarantee confidentiality?

Yes. If needed, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving your files.
