Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026. This English version is a translation provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Lithuanian version prevails.

1. General provisions

This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect through the printorama.eu website, why we process it and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Data controller

The data controller is Printorama, MB, company code 307498282, registered address R. Kalantos g. 125A, Kaunas, Lithuania. You can contact us about privacy matters by email at info@printorama.lt or by phone on +370 649 64111.

3. What data we collect and why

We only collect data when you provide it yourself, for example when you fill in the enquiry form on the website or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. We may process the following data:

  • Your name and/or company name
  • Your email address and/or phone number
  • The content of your enquiry or order (project description, dimensions, attached files or photos)

We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we agree on a service, to provide it (including handling the accounting documents). The website has no payment or ordering system, so we do not collect payment data.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process data under Article 6(1) of the GDPR:

  • point (b) – where the data is needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform the contract (preparing a quote, fulfilling an order);
  • point (f) – where it serves our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping the website running;
  • point (c) – where we must process the data to meet legal obligations (e.g. under the Law on Accounting) relating to issuing and keeping invoices.

5. Who we may share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only with:

  • an accounting service provider, where invoices need to be issued or processed;
  • a courier or parcel locker service provider, when we ship parts to you;
  • our hosting provider Hostinger, on whose servers in Lithuania (Vilnius) enquiries sent through the website form and their attached files are stored;
  • our email provider Google (Google Workspace), through which we receive notice of a new enquiry and correspond with you;
  • public authorities, where the law requires it.

6. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies (there is no Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel or similar tool). The website does not store any personal information in your browser either.

Visit statistics. To understand how the website is used, we count only totals on our own server: how often pages are opened, where visitors came from (e.g. Google or Facebook), whether a phone or a computer is used, how often the enquiry form is started and sent, and how often the contact links are clicked. We use no cookies and no third-party services for this. Unique visitors are counted from an encrypted (irreversible) combination of the IP address and browser type with a key that changes every day and is deleted the next day – so you cannot be recognised or followed; only the daily totals are kept. If your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control switched on, nothing is counted.

Your browser's local storage keeps only technical settings: the website language, if you choose one yourself, and the fact that you have seen the cookie notice. These are not personal data and are not sent anywhere.

The website's fonts are served from our own server, so your IP address is not passed to third parties for this purpose. If we start using additional, non-essential cookies in future (e.g. for visitor analytics), we will say so on the website and, where required, ask for your consent before enabling them.

7. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or provide the service, and then for up to 1 more year in case we need to refer back to earlier correspondence. Accounting documents (e.g. invoices) are kept for the period required by law (usually 10 years). When the retention period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Files attached to the enquiry form (3D models, photos, videos) are kept on the website server only until we move them into our own working system, and for no longer than 90 days; after that they are deleted from the server.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • find out whether we process your data and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”), where the law allows;
  • restrict or object to the processing of your data;
  • receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability);
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) if you believe your rights have been infringed.

To exercise these rights, contact us by email at info@printorama.lt.

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

The enquiry form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Attached files are checked to make sure they are the type they claim to be. The enquiry and its files are encrypted on the server straight away (AES-256) and stored outside the publicly accessible part of the website; only we can decrypt them, in our own working system, so not even the hosting provider can see their contents. To protect against spam we use an “I'm not a robot” check that runs in your browser without cookies or third-party services, and we process your IP address briefly (up to 24 hours) and only in encrypted form, to limit repeated attempts. If the form cannot reach our server, it automatically tries again and reports only technical details of the error to us (the error code, whether files were attached, the browser type) – never anything you typed.

10. Minors

The website is not intended for people under 16. If we learn that we have received a minor's personal data without the consent of a parent or guardian, it will be deleted.

11. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated if the law or our activities change. The current version is always published on this page.
